What I Bring to Spiritual Coaching
Training & Education

I received my post-graduate master’s in education (M.Ed.) in Humanistic Existential Counseling from Boston University while being trained as a psychotherapist at the Boston Veterans Day Treatment Center conducting individual and group therapy.
I have worked in such settings as the NY ACCEPT Alcoholism Treatment Center, The Floating Hospital of NY, and in counseling first time criminal youth offenders.
I don't present myself as a mental health counselor or psychotherapist and instead rely on my past training to guide my spiritual life coaching clients to optimize well-being and achieve healthy outcomes.
Spiritual Focus

I’m an ordained Minister and Chaplain who uses spiritual traditions from the East to help clients apply spiritual approaches to address daily life challenges and grow closer to their Authentic Self within.
These approaches to spiritual growth apply whether you are a Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim or don’t believe in any external form of God.
They are universal spiritual truths!
I’ve Worked on Myself

When you express your challenges, I can relate because I have done this work and continue to work on myself.
Whether digging into painful emotions, considering questions that define who you are, or determining how to better find lasting inner peace, I have gone down this path, will empathize with you, and help you discover the best actions to take to healthier and happier ways of living your life.
